disability & mental health

DBG's Disability and Mental Health Program is highly regarded for its practical intelligence, real life experiences, and transferable knowledge.

The Program has been forged from years of industry experience and study. It has been used to develop employment programs, improve outcomes in case management, and more.

Our Disability Program has been hosted throughout Australia and is acknowledged for its originality, effective delivery, and challenging content.

Most people are good at their jobs. Discrimination most often occurs when people just do not know. Give a person the knowledge and they will incorporate into their already good work behaviours.

prosocial behaviours

The latest addition to the DBG stable of programs is the Prosocial Behaviours Program. This Program has received a lot of interest since its development in mid 2008 and Collin D'Costa will be presenting a paper on it at this years Australian Guardianship and Administration Council National Conference.

Many companies and organisations invest large amounts of money into addressing difficult behaviours in their clients and customers. Often this creates the expectation that a person will exhibit adverse behaviours before they are engaged. As a result, poor behaviours become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The Prosocial Behaviours Program identifies simply behaviours and dynamics that promote positive and sustainable relationships.
